Who is Rob Smith?

I’m a real estate agent in Charlotte, NC and I have been using Google ads as my primary form of advertising for the last few years. I have spent hours learning to use Google ads effectively in real estate. Over the years I’ve learned that much of the advice for other products and services does not work for real estate agents.

What is the format for the training?

I will teach you through a series of Zoom meetings. In between meetings I offer phone, email and text support. You can always reach out to me with any questions you have about creating and managing your Google ads.

Course Description

In the first meeting I review the basics of how Google ads work and how the ads work differently for real estate agents compared to other industries. You’ll learn how to create a client profile and how to use the client profile to establish your unique selling proposition (USP). I’ll also give you a template for how to set up your ad landing page to optimize for conversions. At the end of the first meeting you will take what you learned to determine your USP.

After the first meeting you will create your client profile and determine your USP. A clearly defined USP is critical to the success of your Google ads. I work with you as much as you need to find the best USP for your business and your ads.

Once you have your USP I’ll teach you how to find key words and set up your ads. I’ll also make sure your landing page in optimized for the best conversion.

After your ads are up and running I’ll teach you to monitor your ads to improve performance. All along the way I’m available to provide support.
